Juan Ramirez, Jr. is a retired Chief Judge of the Third District Court of Appeal. He joined JAMS on May 2, 2012, after 24 years on the bench, as chief (2009-11), as an appellate judge (2000-2012), and as a trial judge (1988-1999).
